The Ministry of Railways, Government of Pakistan, invites proposals through ePADS v2.0 for hiring individual legal consultants on a 12-month contract to provide legal consultancy services in accordance with approved Terms of Reference (TORs).

Procurement & submission details: Single Stage – Two Envelope procurement through ePADS v2.0. Total estimated cost PKR 7,000,000. Bid validity 90 days. Prescribed Bid Securing Declaration shall be submitted through ePADS v2.0. Evaluation: Technical 80% and Financial 20%. Contract period: Twelve (12) months (365 days). No interview.
