Issuer: Rawalpindi Cantonment Board. The Board invites sealed Expressions of Interest (EOIs) from reputable individuals, firms, companies, healthcare organizations and investors for renting RCB-owned vacant buildings for establishment and operation of healthcare and allied services.

Permitted/desired uses include: private clinics, diagnostic laboratories, day-care clinics, rehabilitation centers, gyms & wellness centers, pharmacies, training institutes for paramedical staff, or any similar healthcare/allied facility.
Tenancy terms: Initial lease period five (05) years, extendable for a further five (05) years subject to satisfactory performance and fulfillment of contractual obligations. Rent shall be subject to an annual increase of 10% (or such increase as may be prescribed in the rental documents).
Eligibility requirements: Pakistani individual or registered firm/company; valid CNIC or registration certificate; NTN and active taxpayer status; financially sound with sufficient resources to establish and operate the proposed facility; relevant experience preferred; not blacklisted by any government/autonomous/public sector organization; ability to obtain all statutory licenses and regulatory approvals before commencing operations.
Submission requirements: Each EOI (separate for each building) must include:
- Profile of the individual/firm/company
- Proposed utilization plan indicating intended use of the building
- Relevant experience and credentials
- Proposed monthly rental offer
- Copies of CNIC/company registration certificate, NTN and other supporting documents
Interested applicants may inspect the buildings during office hours after prior coordination with the Cantonment Board. Sealed EOIs must be clearly marked "Expression of Interest for Renting of RCB Building" and submitted to the office of the Cantonment Executive Officer, Rawalpindi Cantt.
