Issuer: Pakistan Airports Authority (Logistics Centre, North) invites sealed bids for the procurement of antifreeze coolant for North Region airports/locations. Eligible bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, hold valid NTN and GST, and be on the Active Taxpayer List of FBR.
Procurement will follow Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS). Bids must be accompanied by the required Bid Security in the form of a pay order/bank draft in favor of Pakistan Airports Authority. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend.
