Provincial Disaster Management Authority (PDMA), Punjab invites bids from well‑reputed contractors, dealers, firms and general order suppliers (registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, PRA/Punjab Revenue Authority and FBR) for supply of winterize, rescue, rainy and tarpaulin items. Procurement will follow Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 on a Single‑Stage Two‑Envelope basis and will be conducted through the Punjab e‑Procurement System.

Key submission and eligibility details:
- Bidding documents can be downloaded free of cost from the Punjab e‑Procurement website. Bidders must be on the Active Taxpayers List of FBR and have relevant registration with PRA and other authorities as required.
- Bids must be submitted electronically on the Punjab e‑Procurement System by 2026-10-30 at 11:00 AM; electronic opening will be on the same day at 11:30 AM.
- Samples of items must be submitted to PDMA warehouse near Jallo Park, Lahore before the bid closing date; samples and technical brochures should meet specifications and design requirements.
