District Health Authority, Hafizabad invites electronic bids for a framework contract for the purchase of various goods/items required for its offices/formations for the financial year 2026-27 through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bidding will follow the Single Stage–Two Envelopes procedure under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014; bidders must be registered for GST, Income Tax, PPRA and the Punjab e-Procurement System and must bid for the entire quantity. Bidding documents are available free from PPRA (http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/ViewTender.aspx) and Punjab e-Procurement (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk).
Submission deadline: 2026-08-04 up to 11:30 AM (technical/financial envelopes opened at 12:00 PM). Bid security of 2% must be submitted electronically on the Punjab e-Procurement System. The successful bidder must furnish a 2% performance guarantee in the name of the Chief Executive Officer, DHA Hafizabad before issuance of supply order.
