After online submission, submit a signed printed application/hard copy with attested copies of degrees, CNIC, domicile, experience certificates, two passport-size photographs and the original paid bank challan/fee receipt to the Office of Human Resource Department, Room #12, University of Health Sciences, Khayaban-e-Jamia Punjab, Lahore. Application processing fee for BPS-17 & above is stated in the advertisement.
