Employer: Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO). Project: Electricity Distribution Efficiency Improvement Project (EDEIP) financed in part by the World Bank. Procurement method: Two‑envelope bidding process, without prequalification. RFB No: PK-PESCO-420373-RFB-Plant1CBC-14. Loan No: IBRD-93180-PK.
Purpose: Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Aerial Bundled Cables (ABC) along with accessories and associated civil and electrification works in Peshawar and Khyber PESCO operation circles. Key scope items include dismantling existing LT distribution lines and deteriorated/obsolete HT/LT structures/poles; supply and installation of ABC and accessories; installation of poles, HT/LT structures, foundations and earthing; shifting and re‑installation of single‑phase, three‑phase and CT‑operated energy meters and reconciliation; installation and replacement of meters and defect rectification; and supply/installation works required for connection services.
Bid security: All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of USD 100,000.00 (or equivalent in PKR). Bidding documents are in English and may be downloaded from the PESCO website or obtained from the Project Management Unit (PMU).
