Submission deadline: Tenders must be received by 11:30 hrs on 2026-10-30; tenders will be opened at 12:00 hrs on 2026-10-30.
Eligibility & submission requirements: Applicants must submit an application for issuance of tender documents along with complete credentials. Contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and provide a copy of registration. Contractors should be borne on the approved MES list in categories A, B, C, D or E and must have relevant experience. Contractors must provide a certificate confirming they are not involved in litigation with any government department and that no adverse report from Directorate of Inspection & Evaluation (E-in-C's Branch, GHQ) is outstanding.
Other details: Contractors may attend the tender opening. The accepting officer reserves the right to accept or reject any tender in accordance with PPRA rules. For further information contact GE(A) MH Rawalpindi or authorised representative between 08:00 and 15:00 on working days.
