Submission and bidding instructions: E‑bids must be submitted via the Punjab E‑Procurement portal (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/ViewTender.aspx). The original instrument for bid security (in the form of CDR/bank guarantee) in the name of the Director, Drugs Testing Laboratory Rawalpindi must be submitted online through the Punjab E‑Procurement Portal PSID; physical instruments will not be entertained. E‑bidding will be conducted following the Punjab Procurement Rules and the single stage, two‑envelope procedure as applicable. Bids will be opened at the Conference Room, Drugs Testing Laboratory, Hayal Sharif, Dhamial Road near Bank Colony, Rawalpindi.
