The Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, through the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Rural Economic Transformation Project (KP-RETP) financed by IFAD and the European Union, invites private sector promoters, producer groups, market-oriented dry fruit enterprises and potential partners to a matchmaking event to explore Public-Private-Producers Partnerships (4Ps) in the Dry Fruit Value Chain for the Chitral cluster.
Objectives include strengthening the dry fruit value chain and associated trades as sustainable livelihood opportunities; improving product quality, market linkages and access to national and international markets; promoting value addition through processing, branding, packaging, mechanization and product diversification; and establishing strong market linkages between producer groups and private sector firms.
