Gilgit-Baltistan Tender: Investment of Media Welfare Fund 2026 — TDR and Daily Profit Account

Issuer: Government of Gilgit‑Baltistan, Civil Secretariat — Information Department. Purpose: Invite sealed bids from scheduled banks for investment of the Media Welfare Fund Policy 2026 into long‑term TDR and a daily profit account.

Bid documents: Obtainable from the office of the undersigned during any working day before close of office hours on or before 2026-11-03 with a written application on bank letterhead and payment of Rs. 14,000 (non‑refundable) via treasury challan as bid document fee (per GB Finance Act, 2026).

Eligibility: Scheduled banks registered under the State Bank of Pakistan Act, 1956, having branch at Gilgit City and meeting the stated minimum credit ratings and sound financial position.

Procedure & deadlines: Single‑stage, two‑envelope method under Section 39(b) of GB Public Procurement Rules, 2022. Bids must reach the office of the Deputy Director Information, Jutiyal, Gilgit on or before 2026-11-03 by 11:30 hours. Opening schedule on 2026-11-03: tenders will be opened (TDR bids at 11:00 hours; daily product bids at 13:00 hours) in the office of the Deputy Director Information in the presence of bidders or authorized representatives holding authority letters from the concerned banks. In case of holiday or emergency on the opening day, bids will be opened on the next working day.

Other: Conditional/optional bids will be treated as non‑responsive. Procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders under clause‑36(1) of GB PPR, 2022. Tender notice is also available on the departmental website of GBP PRA.
