Collectorate of Customs Enforcement, Customs House Multan invites online bids through E-PADS 2.0 from eligible dealers/firms having income tax / sales tax registration for purchases/services for the financial year 2026-2027. Submission and opening dates are listed below. Bidding will follow Single Stage One Envelope procedure.

Bidders must submit bids online via the E-PADS 2.0 portal by the submission deadline. A Bid Security in the form of a Pay Order or Bank Draft in favor of the Collector, Collectorate of Customs Enforcement, Multan must be provided and delivered to the office before closing time as instructed. Standard bidding documents, schedules of requirements and contract conditions are available in the Standard Bidding Document which can be downloaded from E-PADS 2.0 until 29/10/2026. Only electronic submission of bids will be considered. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under Rule-33 of the PPRA Rules 2004.
