Tender Notice — Supply of IT Equipment (Laptops, B/W Printers, Shredders) — Invest Pakistan

Cabinet Secretariat, Special Investment Facilitation Council Division (Invest Pakistan) invites e-bids from reputed firms registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments for the supply/provision of IT equipment and machinery for Invest Pakistan, Islamabad.

Key instructions: electronic bids must be submitted via the EPADS/e-procurement system (see eprocure.gov.pk) by the closing time; manual bids will not be accepted. Call deposit / bid security of 5% of the estimated cost and required documents must be submitted as specified. Tender documents, detailed terms, specifications and conditions are available on the procuring agency and PPRA portals (sifc.gov.pk, eprocure.gov.pk and ppra.org.pk).

Other conditions: GST and vendor number must be clearly written on tender documents; income tax and other government taxes will be deducted at source as per rules. Rates must be quoted in PKR and should not be linked to foreign currency. Bids shall be evaluated under PPRA Rules 2004; the procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders. Blacklisted firms are not eligible to participate.

Submission of original bid security (instrument in favor of Manager (A&F), Invest Pakistan) must be delivered to the undersigned before bid submission closing hours. Bids shall remain valid until close of the financial year 2026-27 (30-06-2027).
