Divisional Superintendent/Workshops Office, Pakistan Railways Moghalpura invites e-bids for multiple civil works packages on a Single Stage Single Envelope basis. Eligible firms must hold relevant PEC registration (valid/active) and valid NTN & GST appearing on the FBR Active Tax Payer List. Tender documents are available free at http://e-procure.gov.pk and bids must be submitted online through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS).
Scanned Bid Security (CDR) issued by a scheduled bank in Pakistan must be uploaded with the bid in the name of Divisional Accounts Officer, Workshops, Pakistan Railways, Moghalpura (name of firm/agency on the CDR is mandatory). Original Bid Security and other required documents must be submitted to the Office of the Divisional Engineer/Workshops, Pakistan Railways Moghalpura. Bids must be uploaded by 11:00 AM on the closing date; bids will be opened at 11:30 AM the same day in the presence of bidders' representatives.
