United Bank Limited, plaintiff, has instituted Suit No. 163 of 2026 in Banking Court No. V at Karachi against Imran Ali (son of Muhammad Aslam) and associated defendants seeking recovery of RS. 1,469,094.21 plus costs of suit and funds under Section 09 of the Financial Institutions (Recovery of Finances) Ordinance, 2001.
