Tender Notice: Procurement of Miscellaneous Items — Karachi Metropolitan University (KMU)

Karachi Metropolitan University (KMU) invites sealed bids via online submission on the e-procurement portal from reputed firms registered and active with applicable tax authorities and possessing relevant experience and capabilities for the procurement of miscellaneous items.

Schedule for online bid submission and opening (on ePADS):

Venue for physical matters: Office of the Procurement Manager, Karachi Metropolitan University, Main Campus, North Nazimabad Block M. Tender documents can be obtained from the Procurement Office during office hours upon payment of the tender document fee (PKR 3,000) by pay order in favor of Karachi Metropolitan University or downloaded from the KMU website (www.thekmu.edu.pk). Online submission must be made through the SPPRA/ePADS portal (www.eprocure.gop.pk).

Key requirements and conditions: submission of original bid security (PKR 135,000) in approved form (Pay Order/Bank Draft/Bank Guarantee) and original Tender Fee (if document downloaded) at time of tender submission; bidders must provide NTN and GST registration certificates and other documents as per bidding documents; all applicable federal, provincial and local taxes are borne by the bidder/supplier; proposal shall be uploaded on ePADS and signed/stamped where required; bid security will be accepted only in favor of Karachi Metropolitan University; KMU reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids subject to SPPRA rules.
