Tender: Uplifting/Improvement of Turbat‑Buleda Road — Protection & Abutment Works (Packages 01–02)

Project Director, Improvement & Development of Infrastructure of Buleda Town (P&D Department) invites electronic bids for improvement works on Turbat‑Buleda Road under Composite Schedule Rates on percentage basis. Only electronic bids via the supplier dashboard/EPPS will be accepted; no physical bids are required.

Tender fee: Rs. 2,000 (non‑refundable), to be deposited in head of account C‑02716 through Government Treasury / National Bank of Pakistan. Bid security: 2% of the bid in the form of a Bank Guarantee / Deposit at Call from a scheduled bank in the name of the undersigned.

Eligibility and requirements: Presence on the Active Tax Payer List; registration with Balochistan Revenue Authority; bidder must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan; PEC category C‑3 and above (up to 500 million); completion of 2 assignments of similar nature in the last 3 years and demonstrated turnover of 70% of the estimated cost for each work over the preceding three years.

Procedure: Procurement will be conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules, 2014, using the Single‑Stage One‑Envelope Bidding Procedure. Tender documents/NIT and bidding documents are available electronically; bids must be submitted electronically. Tender opening will be on the same day via the EPPS system.

Submission deadline: Bids must be submitted electronically by 2026-10-29 at 11:00 AM; bids will be opened on 2026-10-29 at 12:00 PM.
