CDA Invitation to e-Bid: Renovation of National Accountability Bureau (Islamabad / Rawalpindi)

Issuer: Capital Development Authority (CDA). CDA invites electronic bids on a Single Stage Two Envelope basis for the renovation of the National Accountability Bureau premises (Islamabad / Rawalpindi).

Eligibility: Firms registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) with valid registration in Category C-5 or above and holding relevant PEC codes as required in the bidding documents.

How to obtain bidding documents: Electronic Bidding Documents, containing detailed requirements, terms and conditions, are available to registered bidders on EPADS and via PPRA (web portals indicated in the bidding notice).

Submission requirements: Bidders must upload their bids online through EPADS. A scanned copy of the bid security must be uploaded in PDF on EPADS; the original bid security must be provided at the office of the Deputy Director (Works-II), CDA at least three days before bid submission. Manual bids will not be entertained.

Bid opening: Electronic bids will be opened publicly using EPADS on the same day as submission time in the presence of the procurement committee and bidders' authorized representatives. The opening will be held at the office of Director Works CDA, located at Room No. 21 Block E, old Naval Headquarter, G-6 Markaz, Islamabad.
