Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) invites sealed Technical and Financial Proposals from qualified and reputed Chartered Accountant firms to conduct third‑party comprehensive audits of Customs Bonded Warehouses licensed under the Customs Act, 1969 and Customs Rules, 2001. The scope includes audits of Petroleum, Oil & Lubricants (POL) bonded warehouses, public bonded warehouses and private bonded warehouses located across Pakistan. Firms must submit separate Technical and Financial Proposals in accordance with the Request for Proposals (RFP). Selection will follow Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) under Rule 27(b) of the Public Procurement Rules, 2026 and the Procurement of Consultancy Services Regulations, 2010.
