Tender for Supply of Drugs, Medicines and Lab Equipment — Frontier Corps Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (South)

Headquarter Frontier Corps Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (South) invites sealed bids for the purchase of miscellaneous drugs & medicines and laboratory equipment for the financial year 2026/2027. Bids must be submitted by hand or by post/courier by 1000 hours on 29 October 2026; the tender will be opened at 1100 hours on 29 October 2026 in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives at Headquarter Frontier Corps Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (South), Rear Headquarter Dera Ismail Khan.

Required attachments include: certificate of authorised distribution; valid drug selling license; bank statement for the last year; tax registration and ATP list; country of origin details for equipment (USA/Japan or equivalent); purchase order history for quoted items; sole authority/distributor authority letter where applicable; equipment warranty (minimum one to two years); and 2% bid security in the form of bank draft or call deposit receipt in the name of Inspector General Frontier Corps Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (South). Quoted prices must remain valid for the full duration of financial year 2026/2027. Bids from blacklisted firms or those involved in legal disputes with federal, provincial or other organizations will not be accepted. The presiding officer reserves the right to reject one or all bids after stating the reason.
