Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab (IDAP) invites pre-qualification proposals from eligible general contractors for construction and infrastructure development for the Establishment of Maryam Nawaz Institute of Cardiology at Gujranwala. Works include civil, architectural, plumbing, electrical, mechanical & fire-fighting, external development works and deployment of required materials, labour, formwork, tools & machinery.

Submission deadline: 2026-10-23 by 15:00 hrs (local time). Pre-qualification proposals will be opened on the same day at 15:30 hrs on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Proposals submitted by any mode other than the Punjab e-Procurement System will not be considered. If the last date is a public holiday, the next working day will be considered for submission and opening.
