Divisional Superintendent Office, Pakistan Railways Lahore invites single-stage, single-envelope e-bids from PEC-registered contractors (financial category C-6 or above). Bids must be submitted online via the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) and include a scanned copy of bid security (CDR) issued by a scheduled bank in the name of Divisional Accounts Officer, Pakistan Railways Lahore (firm/agency name on CDR is mandatory). The original bid security must be submitted in the tender box at the office of Divisional Engineer-II, Pakistan Railways, Bogo Road, Lahore.
Deadlines and opening: Upload bids on E-PADS by 11:00 hours on 2026-10-29; bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 hours in the chamber of Divisional Engineer-II, Pakistan Railways, Lahore in the presence of bidders' representatives.
Additional: Only bids submitted through E-PADS will be accepted. Tender also available at www.pakrail.com and PPRA website. Note: Rs. 150,000 deposit (Transaction No. 1231791990 dated 08.10.2026) through HBL in favor of PPRA.
