Defence Housing Authority Islamabad-Rawalpindi invites Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs) to submit Expressions of Interest to develop and operate a fuel station at a prime location in the DHA Business District and Pine Hills, Phase-V. Site area is 9.5 kanals.
Key commercials: monthly reserved base rent Rs. 2.5 million and upfront land utilization payment as per DHA terms (Rs. 250 million). Interested OMCs must submit company profile, relevant fuel-station experience, financial capability and proposed concept.
