Punjab Sahulat Bazaars Authority (PSBA) invites electronic bids from eligible and qualified firms/companies/suppliers registered with the Punjab e‑Procurement System (eP) and relevant tax/regulatory authorities for multiple procurements under the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.

Procurement will be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding under the Single Stage–Two Envelope (SSTE) procedure in accordance with Rule 28(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations, 2014. Bidders must submit separate Technical and Financial bids online via the Punjab e‑Procurement System and comply with bid submission, qualification/evaluation criteria and terms in the bidding documents.
Key deadlines and events: Pre-bid meeting on Friday, 2026-10-16 at 11:00 AM. Last date for online submission: Friday, 2026-10-23; bids to be uploaded by 09:30 AM and will be opened at 10:00 AM on the same day.
All bids must be accompanied by the prescribed Bid Security in the name of PSBA and submitted through the e‑Procurement portal. Bidders are advised to ensure uploading of bids on the Punjab e‑Procurement System; bid submission after the deadline will not be accepted. For electronic bids, bidders must register at the Punjab e‑Procurement portal: https://e.punjab.gov.pk.
