| Educational Requirements | 16 years education in Computer Science / Software Engineering / Information Technology / Information Security or related discipline from an HEC-recognized university (degrees must be attested by HEC). Master’s degree preferred. |
| Experience | Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in technology leadership roles, including leading and managing technology/IT functions in large public-sector, corporate, or technology-driven organizations. |
| Key Responsibilities & Skills | Provide strategic direction on digital transformation and IT governance; lead technology function; oversee software application development; ensure robust cybersecurity; formulate and execute technological strategy; drive innovation initiatives that deliver business value; strong knowledge of secure software development methodologies, programming languages and software engineering principles; exceptional leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills. |
