Directorate General of Agriculture Extension, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Peshawar invites sealed bids for procurement of vegetable seeds (hybrid/certified/enlisted/registered varieties) for 2026-27 under ADP/AIP/Non-ADP schemes under KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014 through a framework agreement.

Key conditions:
- Eligible bidders: firms/management firms/companies/corporations registered with FBR, FSC&RD and other relevant provincial and federal authorities.
- Submission method: Bids must be submitted through the E-PAK Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) using Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure.
- Bid security: Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) of 2% of tender value to be uploaded with financial bids via EPADS and the original CDR submitted in a sealed envelope to the address below before the bid deadline.
- Bid documents: Standard Bidding Documents with terms and specifications can be obtained from the office against non-refundable cash payment of Rs. 3,000.
- Pre-bid meeting: 20.10.2026 at 11:30 A.M. at the address below.
- Rates: Quoted rates must be inclusive of transportation charges for delivery throughout Khyber Pakhtunkhwa including Merged Districts and shall include all applicable taxes (taxes will be deducted at source).

- Bid submission deadline: 02nd November, 2025 at 11:00 A.M.
- Bid opening: 02nd November, 2025 at 11:30 A.M. in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend.
