Eligibility & required documents
Bidders must be on the active Taxpayer List and not blacklisted by any procuring agency. Registration with the relevant Balochistan revenue authority is required. Bidders should have completed at least three assignments of similar nature and demonstrate sufficient turnover and financial capacity. Submitted bids must include original CDR/Bank Guarantee, green challan/BPPRA white challan, notarized affidavits (including declarations regarding conflicts of interest, litigation or blacklisting), a notarized power of attorney (with name and CNIC of authorized signatory), and any other documents specified in the bidding document. False information may lead to blacklisting and forfeiture of bid security.
Bid security & bank deposit
Bid security equal to 4% of the bid must be issued in the name of the undersigned from a scheduled bank as specified in the bidding documents.
All bidders should obtain and review the bidding documents and submit bids through the designated electronic procurement portal by the stated deadline.
