Issuer: Punjab Sahulat Bazaars Authority (PSBA). PSBA invites electronic bids from eligible and qualified firms/companies/suppliers registered with the Punjab e‑Procurement System (eP) and relevant tax/regulatory authorities under the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Procurement will follow the Single Stage–Two Envelope (SSTE) procedure via the Punjab e‑Procurement System.
Key submission and meeting dates:
Pre‑bid meeting: Friday, 2026-10-16 at 11:00 AM.
Last date and time for online submission: Friday, 2026-10-23 by 09:30 AM.
Bid opening: Friday, 2026-10-23 at 10:00 AM.
All bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e‑Procurement portal. Bids must be accompanied by the specified Bid Security in the name of PSBA. Separate technical and financial bids must be uploaded in accordance with the Tender Documents. PSBA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per applicable rules.
