FBR Invitation: Applications for Customs Clearing Agent Licence

Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), Government of Pakistan invites applications from eligible individuals for grant of a Customs Clearing Agent Licence under the Customs Rules, 2001 (SRO 450(I)/2001). Applications must be submitted on the prescribed Form-A to the concerned licensing authority by the deadline stated below.

Eligibility:

• Citizen of Pakistan
• At least 21 years of age
• Graduate from a recognized university
• Adequate computer knowledge to handle Goods Declarations (GD) in PRAL or CCS
• Not convicted by any court of law
• Sound financial record, to be verified by a bank

Application & submission: Submit the completed Form‑A to the concerned licensing authority (Collector of Customs) at the offices listed in the form. Application forms, instructions and details are available on the designated examination/application portal. Applications must be received on or before the closing date below.

Examination and passing criteria:

The written test assesses candidate knowledge including computer proficiency and rules relevant to customs clearing. Detailed syllabus and sample papers are available with the application materials.
