The Public Private Partnership Authority (P3A), Government of Pakistan, invites applications on a contract basis for senior positions in finance, fund management, investment promotion and advisory services. Appointments are for experienced professionals to support PPP infrastructure and investment initiatives.

Relevant professional qualifications (CA/ICMA/ACCA/CPA/CFA) acceptable. | Minimum of ten (10) to twelve (12) years of post-qualification experience in corporate finance, investment/transaction advisory, portfolio management, project finance (including PPP), from a reputable firm, investment bank, multilateral agency or public sector organization. | Not to exceed 62 years on the date of advertisement. |
| Deputy Head, Fund Management and Investment Promotion | Bachelor’s or equivalent (HEC-recognized; ~16 years of schooling) in a relevant discipline. Relevant professional qualifications such as CA/ICMA/ACCA/CPA/CFA acceptable. | Minimum of ten (10) years of post-qualification experience in corporate finance, investment/transaction advisory, portfolio management, project finance (including PPP). Experience from reputable firms, investment banks, multilateral agencies or public sector organizations is required. | Not to exceed 60 years on the date of advertisement. |
| Director, Advisory | Bachelor’s or equivalent (HEC-recognized; ~16 years of schooling) in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related. Professional qualifications (ICMA, ACCA, CA, CPA, CFA) acceptable. | Minimum of six (6) years of post-qualification experience in advisory roles, strategic consulting, public-private partnerships, infrastructure development, investment/transaction advisory or related fields. Experience working with multilateral organizations, investment banks and/or public sector entities is highly desirable. | Not to exceed 60 years on the date of advertisement. |
| Associate Director, Finance and Accounts | Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (HEC-recognized; ~16 years of schooling) in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related. Relevant professional qualifications such as ICMA, ACCA, CA, CPA acceptable. | Minimum of six (6) years of post-qualification experience in financial management, accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, audit, corporate finance and related fields. Experience with a reputable firm, financial institution, multilateral organization and/or public sector entity is preferred. | Not to exceed 55 years on the date of advertisement. |
Remuneration: Competitive package commensurate with experience and P3A’s Human Resources Regulations. Shortlisted candidates will be called for selection.
