Issuer: Pakistan Kidney & Liver Institute and Research Center (PKLI&RC), Rawalpindi. PKLI&RC invites registered firms on the Active Taxpayers List to submit online bids via the Punjab E-Procurement System for supply of medical equipment, surgical/urology sets and related items.
Bids must be submitted online on or before the closing date on the E-Procurement system (https://epp.punjab.gov.pk). Tender documents and detailed specifications are available from the PPRA/Punjab e-Procurement portals (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk and https://epp.punjab.gov.pk). Bid security must be furnished electronically on Punjab E-PS as prescribed; physical instruments (CDR/Bank Guarantee) will not be accepted. Bid validity: 180 days from opening. Procurement governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended) & Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024.
