Loads Limited invites sealed bids (per kg rates) for the sale of various scrap materials on an "as is where is" basis. Enquiry No. LOADS/SS/00/02. Inspection and tender documents are available from 0700 to 1200 hours, Monday to Friday, 12 October 2026 to 16 October 2026.

Submission and bid conditions:
- Sealed bids addressed to the DGM Purch. may be deposited in the Tender Box at the Main Security Gate of Loads Limited by 1200 hours on 2026-10-16. Bids will be opened on 2026-10-19 before the Scrap Sale Committee.
- Bids must include a Bid Bond by Bank Draft or Pay Order (no cash/cheque) in favour of Loads Limited equal to 5% of the expected monthly sales. The expected monthly sales are approximately Rs. 20,000,000. Bids without the required Bid Bond will not be accepted.
- The successful bidder must deposit Rs. 20,000,000 as advance within five (5) days of award; this amount will remain deposited with the Company until contract expiry. The contract period for lifting scrap material is 12 months.
