Public-Private Partnership Authority (P3A), Government of Pakistan, invites applications on a contract basis for senior positions to strengthen Pakistan’s public‑private partnership programme and projects. A competitive remuneration package will be offered in accordance with P3A Human Resources Regulations, 2022.

Minimum ~10 years post‑qualification experience in corporate finance, investment/transaction advisory, portfolio management, project finance (including PPP) from reputable firms, investment banks, multilateral agencies or public sector organisations. | 62 years |
| Deputy Head, Fund Management and Investment Promotion | Bachelor’s or equivalent (16 years) in relevant discipline (Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Economics or related). Professional qualifications such as CA/ICMA/ACCA/CPA acceptable. Minimum ~10 years post‑qualification relevant experience including project finance, investment/transaction advisory, portfolio management and PPP experience from reputable organisations. | 60 years |
| Director, Advisory | Bachelor’s or equivalent (16 years) in relevant discipline. Professional qualifications such as ICMA, ACCA, CA, CPA or equivalent acceptable. Minimum ~6 years post‑qualification experience in advisory, strategic consulting, public‑private partnerships, infrastructure investment, investment/transaction advisory or related fields. Experience with multilateral organisations or investment banks desirable. | 60 years |
| Associate Director, Finance and Accounts | Bachelor’s or equivalent (16 years) in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or related. Professional qualifications such as ICMA, ACCA, CA, CPA acceptable. Minimum ~6 years post‑qualification experience in financial management, accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, audit, corporate finance. Experience with reputable firms, multilateral organisations or public sector entities preferred. | 55 years |
