NHA Open Auction: OM&M Contracts and Toll Collection (Period ending 30 June 2027)

Issuer: National Highway Authority (Finance Wing – Revenue Directorate). Open auction for operation, maintenance & management (OM&M) contracts of toll plazas on national highways and for collection of toll on a net guaranteed monthly revenue basis for the period ending 30-06-2027.

Key actions and participation:

- Interested bidders (individuals, firms or companies) shall obtain the bidding documents which contain detailed terms and conditions. The bidding documents can be downloaded from the National Highway Authority website (www.nha.gov.pk) or obtained from NHA as specified in the documents.

- Each bid must be accompanied by the required earnest money (bid security) in the prescribed form. Detailed earnest money amounts and the net monthly reserve price for each toll plaza are provided in the bidding documents.

- Auction date and submission: Bids/participation to be submitted as per the bidding document schedule. The open auction will be held on 2026-10-27 at 1100 hours. Auction sequence and any addenda will be followed as published.

- Method of payment and bid security: Bid security/earnest money shall be submitted in the form and manner prescribed in the bidding documents (pay order / demand draft from scheduled bank in favour of NHA or as specified).

- Rights and compliance: The NHA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. Bidders must comply with applicable taxes and registration requirements; other terms and eligibility criteria are stated in the bidding documents.
