Issuer: Municipal Corporation Rawalpindi. Single‑stage, one‑envelope e‑tender for rehabilitation / improvement of Graveyard Khayaban‑e‑Sir Syed, Rawalpindi (UC‑12).
Eligibility: Firms/contractors registered/ enlisted with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and registered on the Punjab E‑Procurement System for the financial year 2026‑27. Bidders must attach current certificates/registrations (PEC, GST, PST etc.) and submit bids through the Punjab E‑Procurement System.
Submission & Opening: Bids must be submitted online by 2026‑10‑26 up to 11:00 AM and will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM before the Tender Opening Committee via the Punjab E‑Procurement System. Manual bid securities such as CDR or bank guarantees will not be accepted; bid security must be provided through the e‑procurement system as instructed. The lowest responsive bidder will be required to deposit a Performance Security of 10% of the contract cost electronically through the e‑procurement system.
