A leading group involved in multiple large-scale mixed-use projects and diversified portfolios of hospitality and retail is seeking an accomplished and commercially astute Chief Financial Officer to lead the Group's financial strategy, governance and performance. The successful candidate will provide strategic financial leadership across a diversified portfolio while ensuring strong financial controls, sustainable growth and value creation.

Position	Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Location	Islamabad, Pakistan
Issuer	Leading group active in large-scale mixed-use, hospitality and retail projects
Education & Professional Qualification	CA (Chartered Accountant) mandatory. Candidates from Big Four accounting firms preferred. Additional qualifications in finance, business, investment, or management are an advantage.
Experience & Skills	20+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting with substantial senior leadership experience. Minimum 5 years as CFO or equivalent senior financial leadership role. Experience in multiple large-scale mixed-use projects is strongly preferred. Demonstrated experience in financial strategy, corporate finance, treasury, investment evaluation, governance, and stakeholder management. Proven ability to work effectively with Boards, CEOs, business heads, investors, financial institutions, and external auditors.
Role Purpose	Lead the Group's financial strategy, governance and performance; ensure strong financial controls, sustainable growth and value creation across a diversified portfolio.
