Anti‑Terrorism Court at Central Prison Sukkur issues a proclamation in Special Case No. 49 of 2026, The State versus Shahid & others (FIR No. 36/2026) under Sections 386, 387, 337-H(ii), 506/2, 427, 148, 149 PPC read with Sections 6 & 7 of the Anti‑Terrorism Act, 1997. Police Station: Tamachani, Sukkur.
The accused have been shown as absconders and a non‑bailable warrant of arrest was returned unexecuted. The Court requires the accused named below to appear before the Anti‑Terrorism Court at Central Prison, Sukkur within seven (7) days from the date of publication of this notice; failing which the case shall proceed against them in absentia. The case is fixed for hearing on 2026-10-20. Order dated 2026-10-02.
