| Painter | Familiarity with basic painting tools and techniques; responsible and hardworking. | 2–3 years relevant experience |
| Technical Helper / Mason / Labour | Relevant technical experience; candidates for Technical Helper role with certificate in relevant technical discipline will be preferred. | 2–3 years relevant experience |
| CCTV Technician | Hands-on installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and monitoring of CCTV systems; networking setup, DVR/NVR configuration and CCTV system operation. Qualification: three-year Diploma of Associate Engineer in Electrical or equivalent. | 2–3 years relevant experience |
| HVAC Supervisor | DAE in HVAC/Mechanical from a recognized institution. Supervision of HVAC technicians; operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of chillers, AHUs, FCUs and split systems; ensure safe and reliable HVAC operations and preventive maintenance. | 5–8 years relevant experience |
| Senior Ground Man (Polo Ground) | Hands-on experience in grounds maintenance for polo/club fields; knowledge of grass maintenance, watering, seeding, leveling, rolling and ground upkeep; ability to operate grounds equipment and supervise related work. | 3–10 years relevant experience |
