How to obtain documents: Bidding documents can be obtained during office hours (Monday–Friday) on payment of Rs. 1,000/- (non-refundable) each by Demand Draft or Pay Order in the name of Head LAQ, P.O. Box No. 1175, Islamabad. Documents may be collected from the office of Incharge Procurement, P.O. Box No. 1175, Islamabad.
Submission and opening: Bids must be delivered by 11:00 hours on the bid opening date and will be opened at 11:30 hours the same day in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
Bid security: Bids must include bid security @ 2% of the total bid value in the shape of Demand Draft (DD) or Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in the name of Head LAO, P.O. Box No. 1175, Islamabad. Quotations without or with less earnest money may be rejected.
Procurement conditions: The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per Rule-33 of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
