E-Tender: Beautification & Decorative Lighting Works — Municipal Corporation Sahiwal

Office of the Municipal Corporation Sahiwal invites e-tenders on item rates basis under the PPRA e-Tendering system using the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Contractors/firms registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and registered on the Punjab PPRA e-procurement website may participate. Bidding documents, terms, specifications, eligibility criteria and other requirements are available on the Punjab e-procurement system and the PPRA Punjab website from the date of publication.

Bid security must be submitted digitally; physical bid securities (CDR, pay order, demand draft, etc.) will not be accepted. Upon acceptance of the bid, the successful bidder must furnish a Performance Security equal to 10% of the contract price in the form prescribed in the bidding documents in accordance with Rule 56 of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Contractors must upload bids on the Punjab e-procurement system; after uploading, the procuring agency will retrieve bids and announce quoted rates/successful bidder in the presence of the tender opening committee. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject bids or proposals as per applicable rules; recommendations to PPRA and PEC for blacklisting may be made for misconduct.
