Indus River System Authority (IRSA), Government of Pakistan, invites applications for project staff for the "Installation of Telemetry System for Real Time Discharge Monitoring at 27 Key Sites on Indus Basin Irrigation System (IBIS)". WAPDA is implementing the project as Executing Agency; the staff hired for the project will be attached with WAPDA during execution. Appointments are project-mode and initially for one year, extendable subject to satisfactory performance.

Key instructions and conditions:
- Appointments will be on project mode under the Telemetry Project for an initial period of one year, extendable subject to satisfactory performance.
- Posts will be filled on merit. Remuneration will follow the stated Standard Pay Package for project staff as per Finance Division regulations.
- Postings/transfers within Pakistan may be made as required by project sites. Applicants serving in government or semi-government departments/autonomous bodies must apply through the proper channel and provide NOC where applicable.
- Applicants must meet minimum academic requirements; applications with qualification below Second Division will not be considered. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview. No TA/DA will be admissible.
- IRSA reserves the right to increase, decrease or cancel the number of posts or the recruitment process at any stage.
