University of Gujrat Tender: Procurement of Dice and Student Chairs — E‑Bids Due 2026-11-03

University of Gujrat, Hafiz Hayat Campus, invites e-bids from reputable firms registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Department for purchase of items on a Lot‑wise basis. Single-stage two-envelope bidding procedure shall be adopted as per Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Documents can be downloaded from the University of Gujrat website and PPRA/Punjab e-Procurement portal. Bidders must submit bids online through the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk).

Key instructions and conditions:

- Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated procurement value must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System. No physical financial instruments (CDR, Pay Order, Bank Guarantee, etc.) will be accepted.

- Bidding documents and additional details are available on the University of Gujrat website (www.uog.edu.pk) and the Punjab e-Procurement portal. For participation, bidding documents can be obtained during office hours on submission of a written request on company letterhead as prescribed.

- E-Bid Submission Date & Time: 2026-11-03 at 02:00 PM. E-Bid Opening Date & Time: 2026-11-03 at 02:30 PM.

- Bidders are advised to ensure uploading the bid on the e-Portal well before the submission deadline; uploading on the portal shall be the responsibility of the bidder. The University of Gujrat shall not be responsible for any delays.
