Directorate General Social Welfare & Bait-ul-Maal, Punjab (Lahore) invites electronic bids for procurement of prosthetic and other assistive devices under ADP scheme “Provision of Wheelchairs, Prosthetics, Hearing Aids, and other such Assistive Devices to PWDs Phase‑II” on a framework contract for financial years 2026‑27 & 2027‑28. Registered firms with relevant registration (Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab Sales Tax etc.) and experience may participate.
Bidding is on a whole-package basis. Complete electronic bids must be submitted online via the Punjab e‑Procurement system (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk). Bidding documents are available for download from the Punjab e‑Procurement system and the PPRA website; hard copies/bidding documents may be obtained from the office of the Director (P & E), Directorate General, Social Welfare & BM, Punjab, Lahore at 41 Empress Road, Lahore on submission of written application where applicable. The procurement will follow Punjab Procurement Authority/PPRA rules and Single Stage – Two Envelopes procedure as per rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
