National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) invites applications for multiple Risk Management positions based at Karachi. Positions are open to candidates with a minimum university graduation (HEC-recognized); candidates with a Master’s degree and relevant certifications will be preferred. Employment is on contract and selected candidates will be offered a compensation package and benefits as per Bank policy.

Minimum 03 years of banking experience in Credit Risk Review, Credit Risk Management, Credit Approvals, Credit Underwriting, Credit Review or Commercial/SME banking. | Conduct credit risk reviews, independent credit review and monitoring, prepare risk review reports, ensure compliance with internal credit policies and regulatory requirements, and support remedial and portfolio monitoring activities. |
| Credit Analyst (OG-II / OG-I) | Wing Head – Risk SME, SME Risk and RMG HR & Administration | Graduation (HEC-recognized); Master’s preferred. Minimum 03 years of banking experience in credit/SME/financial analysis and credit risk assessment. | Analyze credit proposals, perform financial and credit appraisal, prepare credit risk reports, review collateral and security assessments, and support credit decisioning and portfolio monitoring. |
| Chief Credit Officer (OG-II / OG-I) | Chief Credit Officer - Retail & Program Lending Division | Graduation (HEC-recognized); Master’s preferred. Several years of banking experience with relevant credit and supervisory exposure; experience in credit functions and senior credit management roles. | Lead credit function for retail/program lending, oversee credit assessments and approvals, manage credit workflows, ensure compliance with policy and regulatory standards, coordinate with stakeholders and support credit governance. |
Assessment & Selection: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test and/or interviews. Employment will be on contract basis for three years and may be renewed. No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview.
