Eligibility & Documents: Minimum 3 years' relevant experience; documentary evidence of financial position (bank statements or audited accounts); registration with Federal Board of Revenue (NTN) and Sales/Income Tax where applicable; registration with Pakistan Engineering Council where required; bid security as specified; bids must be signed and stamped by authorized person.
Sale / Submission / Opening: Bidding documents may be obtained from the office of the District Council Sujawal on payment of the tender fee or downloaded from the SPPRA website from 2026-10-19 to 2026-11-01 during office hours. Sealed bids with required bid security must be submitted by 2026-11-01 no later than 02:30 PM. Bids will be opened the same day at 03:00 PM in the presence of bidders or their representatives. In case of re-issuance, documents will be re-issued from 2026-11-04 to 2026-11-18 and received on 2026-11-19 by 02:00 PM and opened at 03:00 PM.
