Bidding documents are available on payment of Rs. 5,000/- (non-refundable) from the Cashier at 3-A Temple Road, Lahore. Bids must be accompanied by a bank draft/pay order equal to 10% of the total quoted cost as bid security. Offers should be valid for 60 days; in case of withdrawal the security will be forfeited. Transfer of vehicles and all relevant taxes/costs are the responsibility of the bidder.
Inspection: 3-A Temple Road, Lahore on working days (Mon–Fri) during office hours, 09:00–16:00.
Submission: Sealed bid documents must be submitted to Director Administration, Family Planning Association of Pakistan, 3-A Temple Road, Lahore and must be dropped in the reception box by 2:00 p.m. on 2008-10-28. Bids will be opened the same day at 2:30 p.m.
Rahnuma-FPAP reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning any reason.
