Issuer: National Database & Registration Authority (NADRA). NADRA invites applications for the position of Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead its technology function, drive digital transformation, IT governance and technology infrastructure, and provide strategic technology recommendations to senior management.

| Educational Qualifications | 16 years education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or Information Security from an HEC-recognized university (degree must be attested by HEC). Master's degree preferred. |
| Experience & Requirements | Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in technology leadership roles with demonstrable experience in technology strategy, managing IT operations and leading organisational technology transformation. Proven record of leading/managing technology or IT functions in public or private sector organizations. Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, enterprise architecture, cloud and software development methodologies. Excellent stakeholder, vendor and team leadership skills. |
| Role Purpose | Provide strategic direction on digital transformation, IT governance, technology infrastructure and systems development. Strengthen organizational performance through innovative and secure technology solutions and provide strategic technology recommendations to management and authority. |
