Directorate General Social Welfare & Bait ul Maal, Punjab, Lahore invites electronic bids for the procurement of assistive devices for persons with disabilities under the ADP scheme “Provision of Wheelchairs, Prosthetics, Hearing Aids and other such assistive devices to PWDS” on a framework contract for financial years 2026-27 & 2027-28. Bidding is through the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk). Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and the PPRA system.

- Bid security: 2% of the total estimated cost for each lot (to be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement system in the manner prescribed by Punjab e-Procurement System). No physical instruments will be accepted. Performance security and single stage-two envelope procedure will apply as per Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
