Military Estates Officer, Multan Circle gives notice that the leasehold rights in respect of Bungalow No. 19, Survey No. 109/3, Tipu Sultan Road, Multan Cantt, held by Mst. Jamila Khatoon (wife of Syed Fazal Hussain Gillani), have been transferred by Tamleek Nama dated 21-07-2023 in favour of Mst. Najma Gillani. The original lessee died on 06-01-2024 and the transfer has been admitted by the Court under a decree passed by Sardar Naveed Ahmad, Civil Judge 1st Class, Multan.
Anyone having objections to the transfer must submit them to the undersigned within 15 days of this notice’s publication; otherwise mutation will be made in favour of Mst. Najma Gillani.
