| Eligibility | Retired Major/Captain or equivalent from Armed Forces with 25 years of commissioned service; preferably with experience as Adjutant of a cadet college for training, discipline, administration, security, staff duties and institutional management. |
| Age Limit | 40–50 years at the time of appointment |
| Relevant Experience | Maintaining discipline and orderly conduct among cadets; supervising cadet routine, parade, physical training; assisting administration and security; supervising house/dormitory affairs; coordinating training, sports, co-curricular and ceremonial activities; other duties as assigned by the CEO. |
| Salary & Benefits | Attractive salary package commensurate with qualification and experience; single accommodation with NCB facility; messing; laundry. |
